1- Administrative Support: An office coordinator can handle routine administrative tasks like maintaining CRM databases, scheduling follow-ups, and organising leads, freeing up time for your sales team to focus on conversions.

2- Lead Qualification: They can assist in pre-qualifying leads through basic research or initial communication, ensuring the sales team focuses on high-potential opportunities.

3- Communication Management: By responding to inquiries, managing emails, and coordinating meetings, they ensure no leads fall through the cracks.

4- Marketing Assistance: They can support marketing campaigns by managing outreach lists, organising promotional materials, and assisting with digital platforms.

5- Data Management: An organised database of leads and regular updates can help in identifying trends and opportunities for targeted campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
