Responsibilities:
1. Document Management: Handle incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring proper storage, retrieval, and distribution as per company procedures.
2. Administrative Support: Assist office staff with general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and sending emails to support daily operations.
3. Answer Calls and Queries: Act as a primary point of contact for external queries, directing calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
4. Schedule Management: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives or managers as needed.
5. Data Entry: Input accurate data into company systems, including customer information, sales figures, and other relevant metrics.
6. Internal Communication: Facilitate internal communication by distributing memos, updating bulletin boards, and relaying messages as required.
7. Customer Service: Interact with clients/customers via phone, email, or in person to provide information and assistance in a professional manner.
8. Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail and packages for delivery.
