About the Role:
We are seeking an Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
2. Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
3. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
4. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
5. Manage and update visitor logs and appointment schedules.
6. Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, both verbally and in writing.
7. Handle inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Skills:
1. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Qualification:
1. Graduate in any field i.e. BA, BBA, B.COM, etc
2. 6 to 1 year of minimum experience as office coordinator or receptionist.
