Job Description

Skills & Requirements:

1. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Hindi.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in the same field.
3. MUST have a valid Microsoft certification.
4. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and familiarity with office equipment.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain schedules, and organize office operations and procedures.
6. Ensuring high level accuracy in tasks such as scheduling, managing records, etc.
7. Efficiently managing time to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
2. Managing the filing system.
3. Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and performing word processing tasks, such as writing letters.
4. Performing general office clerical duties.
5. Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?9,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Work Location: In person
