Office Co-Ordinator Location: Ahmedabad Company Name: Ramana Safety & System Experience: 1-2 years Salary: 18,000 - 20,000 Responsibilities: Office Management: Oversee and manage daily office operations. Email Correspondence: Draft professional emails, memos, and letters as required. Reply promptly to incoming emails, addressing inquiries, forwarding messages to the appropriate recipients, and maintaining an organized email inbox. Ensure accuracy and proper formatting of outgoing correspondence. Client Management: Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls and redirect them appropriately. Maintain client records and update contact information as necessary. Respond to client inquiries and provide information or escalate to the relevant team members. Documentation and Filing: Create, organize, and maintain physical and electronic files and records. Ensure proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and other important documents. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Assist in generating reports and presentations as needed. Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls. Coordinate and prepare meeting materials, including agendas and presentations. Remind participants of upcoming meetings and ensure meeting rooms are properly set up. Qualifications: Any Graduation SKills: Proven work experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a similar role. Proficient in using office software and tools, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure. Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 915,000.00 - 920,000.00 per month Schedule:
