Job Summary:

The Helper plays a vital role in providing support and assistance across various tasks and functions within a designated area or department. They work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient operations and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Assistance:

Providing assistance to team members and colleagues in performing their duties and tasks as required.

Material Handling:

Assisting in the handling, movement, and transportation of materials, equipment, and supplies within the workplace.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

Performing cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the workspace.

Setup and Preparation:

Assisting in the setup, arrangement, and preparation of equipment, tools, and materials for various activities, events, or projects.

Inventory Management:

Assisting in inventory management activities, including stocktaking, labeling, and organizing inventory items.

Operational Support:

Providing operational support by performing routine tasks such as photocopying, filing, data entry, and document handling.

Safety Compliance:

Following safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.

Customer Service:

Providing courteous and helpful assistance to customers, clients, or visitors as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required. Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Attention to detail and willingness to learn. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks. Punctuality and reliability are essential.
