Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Office Boy to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment by performing various administrative and supportive tasks.

Responsibilities

Assist with the daily operations of the office. Perform basic clerical tasks, including filing and data entry. Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Ensure the office is clean and organized at all times. Order and maintain office supplies and equipment. Support staff by running errands and assisting with special projects as needed. Provide refreshments for meetings and maintain kitchen cleanliness.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Proven experience as an office boy or in a similar role preferred. Basic understanding of office operations and procedures. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in using office equipment, such as printers and copiers. Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
