Position Overview:
An Office Boy/Office Peon plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of an office environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Office Maintenance:
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises.
• Regularly clean and organize common areas such as reception, meeting rooms, and pantry.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies such as stationery, toiletries, and refreshments.
• Errand Running:
• Assist in running office errands such as banking tasks, delivering documents, or purchasing office supplies.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing correspondence.
• Support Staff:
• Assist staff members with basic administrative tasks as required.
• Provide support during meetings or events by setting up equipment, arranging seating, and serving refreshments.
• Facilities Management:
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed within the office premises.
• Coordinate with external service providers for office repairs or maintenance works.
• Assistance to Visitors:
• Greet and direct visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist visitors with inquiries and provide them with necessary information or assistance.
