Role and Responsibilities:
Keep track of staff attendance and visitor entries.
Maintain cleanliness in the office, including desks, workstations, and common areas.
Ensure smooth movement of documents between staff and the MD.
Assist in Xerox, printing, scanning, and filing documents.
Ensure office supplies are stocked and report shortages.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging chairs or refreshments.
Serve refreshments to staff and guests.
Supporting warehouse operations by arranging and organizing boxes in the godown.
Perform other general office support duties as assigned.
