• Clean and maintain the office premises, including desks, chairs, windows, and common areas.
• Ensure pantry areas are clean and stocked with necessary supplies (tea, coffee, snacks, etc.).
• Clean and maintain washrooms and ensure hygiene is maintained throughout the office.
• Serve tea, coffee, water, or refreshments to employees and guests.
• Assist in preparing meeting rooms and conference halls for client meetings or internal sessions.
• Photocopying, scanning, and filing important documents as needed.
• Distribute documents, packages, or supplies to various departments.
• Help organize office supplies and manage inventory.
• Assist office staff with any additional tasks or requests as needed.
• Help in setting up for events, meetings, and conferences.
