Educational Qualification: - Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Basic knowledge of office equipment. (fax machines, printers, etc.)
Good verbal communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Basic knowledge of computers and office software is a plus
Positive attitude

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises (cleaning floors, desks, furniture, etc.)
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests
- Assist in organizing and distributing office supplies
- Delivering documents within and outside the office
- Photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as instructed
- Handling basic clerical duties such as data entry and filing
- Collecting and distributing mail or parcels
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory of office supplies
- Helping in setting up meeting rooms for conferences or training
- Running errands as directed by office staff
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM
