Responsibilities and Duties
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in office premises, specifically common areas, meeting rooms, and kitchen spaces.
• Offer support in administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and delivering documents throughout the office.
• Ensure office equipment is clean and maintained, preparing anything necessary for the next day.
• Assist other office staff in duties such as preparing coffee, and office snacks, and running errands as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
• Basic knowledge of various cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Understanding and ability to perform administrative duties.
• The high degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
• Handling Courier Register
