- Distribute incoming mail and packages to the appropriate recipients.
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages for pickup or delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas such as the kitchen, conference rooms, and office supplies storage areas.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, including stationery, kitchen supplies, and toiletries.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
