Job Description

1. Serving Refreshments

- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to the MD, guests, and staff as required.

- Ensure that all necessary items for serving are available and replenished when needed.

2. Office Maintenance :

- Keep the MDs office clean and organized, including daily dusting, cleaning, and arranging furniture.

- Maintain cleanliness of the surrounding areas (such as waiting areas and meeting rooms used by the MD) throughout the day.

3. Document Handling :

- Assist in handling documents and files as requested by the MD or office staff.

- Ensure timely delivery of documents and materials between departments within the office premises.

4. Inventory Management :

- Track and manage the stock of refreshments, cleaning supplies, and office utilities.

- Inform the relevant person or department about any shortages or reordering needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
