Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Office Boy to support our office operations and can drive 4- wheeler. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring that the office runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces, including common areas, meeting rooms, and kitchen.
• Deliver documents, packages, and messages within and outside the office.
• Assist with setting up meeting rooms and ensuring necessary supplies are available.
• Manage office supplies inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed.
• Ensure office equipment is maintained and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Support event preparations.
• Run errands such as banking, picking up office supplies, or delivering documents to clients.
• Safely drive company staff and visitors to meetings, appointments, and other business-related destinations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and moving around the office for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?5,000.00 per month
