Job Description

• Office Maintenance: Ensure the office premises are clean and well-organized at all times. This includes daily cleaning of floors, desks, and restrooms.
• Kitchen Duties: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and manage pantry supplies.
• Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks for employees and guests.
• Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries. Prepare outgoing mail and packages.
• Errands: Perform various errands outside the office, such as purchasing office supplies, banking tasks, and other related duties.
• Office Supplies: Monitor and replenish office supplies, stationery, and pantry items. Keep an inventory of stock and report shortages.
• Administrative Support: Assist with photocopying, scanning, and binding documents. Support office staff with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
• Visitor Assistance: Welcome and assist visitors by directing them to the appropriate person or department. Provide general information as required.
• Maintenance of Equipment: Ensure office equipment (e.g., photocopiers, printers) is well-maintained and report any malfunctions.
• Safety and Security: Ensure the security of office premises by monitoring access points and reporting any suspicious activity.

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
