1. Cleaning office premises including dusting, mopping & vacuuming.
2. Preparing meeting room for meeting like arrange chairs, tables according to
meeting members, setting equipments like mike, projector setting & prepare tea
for meeting.
3. Collecting & distributing incoming & outgoing mail packages & documents.
4. Having knowledge of scanning, doing fax, mail & filing required documents.
5. Assisting in coordination of office events & function like decoration & arranging
catering service.
6. Having good knowledge of pantry including way of serving tea, water & snacks
to guest.
7. Good communication skill & ability to understand requirement of officer.

Pay: ?8,707.40 - ?15,000.00 per month
