Mumbai Delhi Chaat Co. is looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join

us as a Founder's Office Associate Intern.

This role is ideal for students seeking Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) or full-time opportunities. It

provides unparalleled exposure to entrepreneurial projects and hands-on experience working

directly with the founders across various initiatives.

Founder's Office Associate Internship Details

? Duration: 6 months

? Engagement: Hybrid (flexible hours with opportunities for WFH and in-office work)

? Location: Akshayanagar, Bangalore

? Working Hours: Business hours with flexibility for project deadlines

Key Responsibilities

? Administrative & Organizational Support

? Manage the founders' schedules, timelines, and deadlines to ensure smooth

operations.

? Assist in drafting professional communication, including emails and follow-ups.

? Prepare high-quality presentations, documents, and reports.

? Project Coordination & Strategic Initiatives

? Collaborate on ongoing projects, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently.

? Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to support

decision-making.

? Propose creative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

? Social Media & Marketing Support

? Assist in developing social media strategies, trends, and campaigns.

? Analyze digital trends in the F&B and hospitality industries to improve brand

presence.

? Data Analysis & Research

? Collect, organize, and analyze data to generate actionable insights.

? Prepare reports to align business strategies with market trends.

? Creative Collaboration

? Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new marketing and operational

strategies.

? Support branding efforts for multiple outlets, ensuring consistency and

innovation.

Required Skills & Attributes

? Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace, Notion).

? Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities.

? Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.

? Experience in market research, competitor analysis, or similar areas.

? Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills.

? Familiarity with the F&B and hospitality industries, with a local understanding of the

Bangalore market being a plus.

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

? Fluency in Kannada to facilitate communication across local outlets.

? Willingness to travel across Bangalore outlets for business needs.

? Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
