Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, business hours of 8.30am - 6:00pm.

5 days working.

1. To handle Admin works of Ahmedabad office.

2. Attending phone call inquiries of Ahmedabad office.

3. Handle email account and skype account of Ahmedabad office.

4. Receiving and forwarding all relevant information & mails to Sales head

Ambala.

5. Attending customers in the absence of sales executives and share company's broachers

and website information.

6. Maintain files of all office and site expenses.

7. To maintain and handle all general activities of office administration.

8. Weekly updates of office activities.
