We are looking for a diligent and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage key administrative tasks, assist with front desk responsibilities, and support our accounts department with daily operations.
Responsibilities:
• Administrative Duties
• Maintain attendance and visitor registers, as well as inward and outward registers.
• Ensure proper filing of various challans and invoices for easy reference.
• Serve as the primary contact at the entrance gate.
• Assist clients by making them comfortable while they wait to meet with relevant team members.
• Banking and Collection
• Regularly deposit cheques at the bank and collect cheques from clients within Kolkata.
• Accounts Support
• Create and verify challans, ensuring quantities match as per records.
• Provide accurate details to the accounts department to facilitate invoice processing.
Skills Required:
• Communication: Ability to read, write, and speak English & Bengali.
• Banking: Comfortable writing cheques and depositing them in the bank.
• Professionalism: Basic office etiquette, including a polite demeanor and professional interaction with clients and team members.

Pay: ?7,500.00 - ?8,500.00 per month
