Roles and Responsibilities

Collecting documents from clients, vendors, and government offices (Willingness to travel is essential for this role) Delivering documents to designated parties or departments as needed. Verifying that the collected documents are complete, accurate, and properly signed or authenticated before submission. Organizing documents systematically for easy retrieval. Assisting with maintaining and updating physical and digital filing systems. Arranging or coordinating with external couriers for document pickup and delivery, when necessary. Ensuring that sensitive or confidential documents are handled with care and according to company policies.
