JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and office events.
Maintain office records, filing systems, and documents.
Handle deliveries and coordinate courier services.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks related to real estate listings and client inquiries.
Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring smooth office operations.
Assist with basic bookkeeping and manage cash handling tasks as needed.
Ensure office cleanliness and coordinate minor office maintenance tasks.
Prepare tea and coffee for Realtors, staff, and clients, and assist with document filing.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Age: 25-35 years, Male.
Minimum Qualification: 12th pass
Language Proficiency: Must be able to read and write in English and Tamil
Basic knowledge of office procedures and systems
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
