Job Description

Retrieve documents and files when requestedGenerate messages, emails and reports when appropriate.

Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment.

Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items.

Respond to questions and requests for information.

Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed.

Design and maintain filing and storage systems in the office.

Greeting and handling direct customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
