Online Chat Support Executive : Female - CHENNAI
JOB Role : •?Customer satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up to address additional questions ?Product knowledge: Stay up to date on products and services to help customers effectively ?Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot basic technical issues and suggest solutions ?Documentation: Document customer interactions and resolutions in a ticketing system or customer database ?•
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
• Taking charge of Weekly and Monthly Sales Reporting.
• Maintaining opportunities and Account Details in CRM.
Qualification:
• Positive Attitude
• Ability to adapt new thing quickly
• Preferred: Female. ( Age 24- 29 )
• Job Location: AnnaNagar, Chennai
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
