This job opportunity is for Freshers only!!

We have a Telecaller requirement for our water treatment plant, at Thane, Mumbai.

(Good Communication - Data Management - Reports Generation)

Experience Required in the same field: 0 - 6months

Salary Package Up to: 1.5 - 2.5 LPA (Negotiable)

Position Type: Full-time & Part-Time (Both available)

Working days: Monday to Saturday (6days)

Job Timing:

10:00am - 6:00pm (Full time)

4 Hour shift available (Part Time)

Job Location: LBS road, Thane

Candidates preferred from Thane location only!!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote products or services.

2. Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.

3. Provide detailed information about products and services to prospective customers.

4. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling customer concerns.

5. Record customer details, feedback, and call outcomes accurately in the CRM system.

7 Days trainings will be provided. (FOC)
