We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in administrative tasks, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to multitask effectively. As an Office Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. Responsibilities:
Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing office correspondence.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
Assist with the organization and coordination of office events, meetings, and conferences.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Provide general support to staff as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
Proven experience in an office environment or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
