Roles and Responsibilities-
• Coordination with different departments and communicate them effectively.
• Manage payment related tasks on bank portal.
• Collaborate with internal department to obtain necessary invoices, purchase orders and payment approvals,.
• Maintain accurate and organized payment records, invoices and related documents.
• Develop and maintain positive relationship with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Understanding mission and vision of company and communicate them effectively.
• Generate regular payment reports for management and relevant stakeholders.
• Provide general administrative support to various department as required.
Qualifications
• Graduation must (MBA will be preferred)
• Aggregate of 60% in all the subjects.
• Can communicate well.
• Knowledge of Advance excel
• Knowledge of tally preferred
Skills
• Good English Communication
• Coordination and communication with all departments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
