Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Perform a variety of clerical tasks, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, and other platforms.
  • Scheduling: Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring they are updated and easily accessible.
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors, handle inquiries, and provide information as required.
  • Supplies Management: Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary to ensure stock is maintained.
  • Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and employee activities.
  • Mail Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Financial Support: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing, budget tracking, and expense reporting.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the office environment is tidy, professional, and functional, including coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications:
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate\xe2\x80\x99s or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
