We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office records, files and databases
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and in-person
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports and presentations
- Maintain office supplies, inventory and equipment
- Manage mail, packages and courier services
- Provide support for special projects as needed
- Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital
- Book travel and accommodations
- Arrange meetings, events and catering
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with office software and technology (e.g., Google Workspace, CRM)
- Familiarity with data entry and bookkeeping principles
- Certification in administrative assistance (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional)
