Job Summary
A Panchkula based Real Estate company looking for a male candidate for the post of office coordinator. The candidate shall be able to attend and make telephone calls, emails, maintain data, do office data entry and computer operating , and do another works. Job is not target driven, so there won't any stress related to targets.
Responsibilities and Duties
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong communication and organizational skills
Do billing, maintain data, and perform basic administrator and any other work assigned like taking print outs, making excel sheets, taking and making appointments.
Manage emails, replying them.
Handling Day to day activities
Maintaining record & Data in computer.
Maintaining Performa Invoices for Buyers & Suppliers
Should be staying a maximum 45 minutes from the office.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Should speak fluent Hindi, English.
Attractive personality with good communication skills.
Should be confident, sharp, and hard working.
It's completely work from office opportunity.
