position : Office Assistant

Exp - 1- 2 years

Qualification - Graduate

-

1) Maintain the Ledger of BBSR branch for expense & payment for Maid, Electricity, water bill .

2) Coordinating with HO for the getting the advance for getting the payment done to maid or vendor.

3) To keep the Office stationary & Other required items arranged for keeping the Office Clean.

4) Tracking the delivery of the items from vendor & delivering to client place if required

5) Follow up of pending payment.

6) Withdrawal of Advance or MDF from Axis Bank as per requirement,

7) Helping our colleagues from Other Branches & HO while their stay at BBSR branch

8) Help in the installation process at client location.

9) Keeping Keys of Office for the timely opening & closing of Office if required. (this can be done after 3 months).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
