Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer - Electrical to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, and troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment at client sites, ensuring customer satisfaction and system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, commission, and maintain electrical equipment and systems as per company and industry standards. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems at client sites. Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and technical issues efficiently. Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers. Prepare service reports, documentation, and maintain service logs. Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols. Coordinate with internal teams for escalated technical support and spare parts management. Train clients or junior technicians in system operation and maintenance procedures. Ensure timely response and resolution of service calls. Provide feedback on recurring issues to support product improvement and R&D.

Requirements:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field. 2-5 years of experience in electrical service engineering (freshers with strong academic records can also be considered). Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and circuit troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with tools and testing equipment. Willingness to travel frequently to client sites. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with PLC systems, control panels, and automation (if applicable). Knowledge of safety regulations and standards (like IEC/IS codes). Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
