• Delivering : Delivering mail and packages, and coordinating outgoing mail and courier services
• Assisting : Assisting with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other administrative tasks
• Maintaining : Maintaining the pantry and kitchen, and ensuring the office is organized and well-stocked
• Greeting : Greeting guests and clients, and providing information
• Ordering : Ordering office supplies
• Managing : Managing office logistics, such as ensuring air conditioning and electricity function correctly
• Handling : Handling electronic files and papers
• Disposing : Disposing of trash, waste, and other disposable material
• Monitoring : Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies
• Coordinating : Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment
• Damp dusting : Damp dusting furniture, light fixtures, windows, and bathrooms
• Washing : Washing windows as scheduled
• Using safety precautions : Using safety precautions in all housekeeping services
