Cleaning: Keeping the office clean and tidy, including dusting, washing windows, and cleaning the kitchen.
Maintenance: Handling basic office maintenance, such as minor repairs.
Running errands : Picking up lunch, going to the post office, and other errands.
Administrative tasks : Assisting with filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Communication : Responding to emails and managing office communications.
Office supplies : Managing office supplies and ordering new ones as needed.
Events : Assisting with setting up meeting rooms, preparing for meetings, and serving refreshments.
Mail and packages : Collecting and distributing incoming mail and packages, and coordinating outgoing mail.
Equipment : Monitoring the use of office equipment and supplies, and coordinating maintenance and repairs.
Visitors and employees : Dealing with queries or requests from visitors and employees.
