Job Summary:
We are seeking an Office Aide to join our team in providing administrative support and maintaining office efficiency. The ideal candidate will assist in various clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Duties:- Perform general office tasks including filing, photocopying, and data entry- Assist in answering and directing phone calls with professionalism- Organize and maintain physical and digital files accurately- Support office staff in daily administrative tasks- Utilise Google Suite for document creation and management- Type correspondence and reports as needed- Computerise information using software such as QuickBooks- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Requirements:- Proven experience in an office environment with strong organisational skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite- Excellent clerical skills including typing and data entry accuracy- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
