An office assistant's job is to help keep an office running smoothly and efficiently. Only prefer Male candidate. Their responsibilities include:
• Communication : Handling emails, calls and inquiries, and relaying messages.
• Tele calling : Make outbound calls to generate leads and sales by presenting products or services, and encouraging customers to make purchases or schedule appointments. They may also make cold calls to existing or old clients.
• Document management : Preparing, editing, and distributing documents, reports, and correspondence
• Organization : Maintaining filing systems, contacts databases, employee lists, and inventories.
• Supplies : Ordering office supplies, stocking supply stations, and ensuring equipment is operable.
• Scheduling : Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees
• Support : Providing ad hoc support to staff members and departments
• Research : Conducting research and compiling data upon request
• Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns.
• Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences.
• Compiling, distributing and presenting ideas, information and strategies.
• Coordinating promotional activities, events and interviews.
