Position: Office Assistant (Bank & Market Work)
Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with day-to-day banking tasks, including handling bank deposits, withdrawals, and basic paperwork.
• Manage market-related activities, such as procuring goods or services, ensuring timely deliveries, and coordinating with suppliers.
• Handle general office duties, including filing, document preparation, and data entry.
• Assist in maintaining records of transactions and inventory management.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide support in organizing and maintaining office schedules and appointments.
Skills Required:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of banking procedures and market transactions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
