Job Roles
• Assist with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the institute.
• Act as a point of contact for students, addressing inquiries and providing information about courses and schedules.
• Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and other important documentation.
• Organize and manage schedules for classes, workshops, and meetings.
• Facilitate communication between faculty, staff, and students, including handling emails and phone calls.
• Ensure that training materials and resources are prepared and available for classes.
• Assist in planning and executing training sessions, seminars, and events.
• Help with invoicing, tracking payments, and managing budgets as needed.
Responsibilities
• Input and update student information and other relevant data in databases.
• Provide excellent service to students and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Keep physical and digital files organized and easily accessible.
• Assist in creating reports on student progress and attendance.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulations.
• Assist with basic technical issues related to training software and equipment.
• Gather feedback from students and instructors to improve training programs.
