The office assistant provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The role involves handling a variety of tasks related to organisation and communication to ensure that the office runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and enquiries.
• Manage office correspondence, including mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
• Maintain an organised filing system for documents and records.
• Order and stock office supplies as needed.
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
• Respond to customer and client queries with efficiency and professionalism.
• Assist other team members with their tasks when required.
Qualifications and Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
• Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint )
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
