Job description:
Overseeing clerical tasks, such as Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents
Performing general clerical and administrative tasks.
Manage the flow of documentation within the organization and maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
Maintaining files & helping manage the office correspondence
Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion
Requirements and skills:
Fresher or with 1 year of proven work experience.
• Decent typing speed
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Proficiency in computer software like MS Office
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Relevant work experience in an office setting
