Administrative Tasks:
1. Manage front desk operations.
2. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors.
3. Maintain records, files, and documents.
4. Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations.
5. Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments.
Clerical Duties:
1. Manage mail, parcels, and courier services.
2. Maintain attendance records, leave tracking, and payroll data.
3. Update college database, records, and spreadsheets.
4. Prepare ID cards, certificates, and other documents.
5. Assist in data entry and document scanning.
Supportive Roles:
1. Assist faculty, staff, and students with queries.
2. Provide information on college policies, procedures, and events.
3. Coordinate with departments for various activities.
4. Maintain college notice boards and display relevant information.
5. Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2. Proficient in MS Office, email, and basic computer applications.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Skills:
