• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Manage office supplies and ensure their availability by coordinating with vendors.
• Assist in filing and organizing documents, both physical and digital.
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Maintain a visitor log and ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.
• Distribute internal communications such as memos, notices, and emails.
• Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Arrange for repairs and servicing of office equipment when needed.
• Manage pantry supplies and ensure refreshments are available.
• Assist in data entry and maintaining records.
• Help organize office events and employee engagement activities.
• Provide clerical support during presentations, training, or meetings.
