Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing tender documents, proposals, and bid submissions.
• Conduct research and gather information relevant to tenders and bids.
• Maintain accurate records of tenders and ensure timely submission.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, distributing it efficiently within the office.
• Manage general office tasks, including data entry, filing, and document organization.
• Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
• Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good knowledge in English.
• Prior experience in an office assistant role, with knowledge of tendering and mail management preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Note: Female candidate will be preferred.
