Job Title: Office Assistant

Job Summary:
We are looking for an efficient and organized Office Assistant with strong typing skills and shorthand knowledge. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and assisting with documentation. The position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general office duties, including answering phones, handling correspondence, and managing files.
• Take accurate notes and transcribe them using shorthand and typing skills.
• Assist in the preparation and formatting of documents, reports, and presentations.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Provide administrative support to team members and management as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
• Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Knowledge of shorthand for note-taking.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in an office environment in Gurugram or nearby areas.
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
