Key Responsibilities:
? Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing correspondence.
? Documentation Management : Organize and maintain files, both electronic and paper, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
? Data Entry: Enter and update data in databases and spreadsheets accurately.
? Scheduling: Help manage schedules by coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
? Office Supplies: Monitor and restock office supplies, ensuring the office runs smoothly.
? Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients and visitors, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate department.
? Team Collaboration: Support various departments with projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related role. (preferred 2+ years experience)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Skills:
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
