Job Summary:
As a office assistant , you will be a key player in our organization, reporting directly to the Managing Director or equivalent. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around efficient communication with suppliers/vendors, tracking quotes, managing orders, and ensuring seamless execution of deals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
2. Explain products and services to customers.
3. Address customer concerns and provide solutions.
4. Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales.
Basic Qualifications:
1. 2 years of sales experience.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. High confidence and a persuasive attitude.
4. Strong customer service orientation.
5. Ability to work independently and in a team.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
