Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Office Assistant/Coordinator who possesses a strong background in providing administrative support and coordinating tasks. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in assistance and coordination roles.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant will include taking thorough notes during meetings and ensuring follow-up actions are promptly addressed by the staff. To excel in this position, you should possess exceptional organizational skills, excellent time management abilities, and the capacity to work independently without constant supervision.

Required Skills:

Excellent follow-up skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Proficiency in MS Excel and Word to handle data management and document preparation.

Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients.

Proficiency in shorthand writing for efficient note-taking during meetings.

Strong sense of honesty and integrity in all aspects of work.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
