We are seeking an Office Assistant and Admin with basic Excel and Billing knowledge.

Skills Required
• Bachelor's degree / 12th pass with 6 months to 1 year of experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Basic experience in office assistant tasks is a plus, however training will be provided.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to responsibilities.
• Highly organized with a strong willingness to learn.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Perform general office tasks such as accounts receivable follow-ups, billing, email correspondence, and office bill payments.
• Coordinate with business partners, including Chartered Accountants.
• Update and manage data on Google Drive and ensure weekly backups on local drives.
• Regularly update office Google Sheets.
• Send compliance reminders to management.
• Follow up with clients via calls and emails to ensure timely payment collection.
• Prepare invoices, letters, and other necessary documents.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist with recruitment tasks.

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
