We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Assistant Cum Accountant in the real estate industry. As an Office Assistant Cum Accountant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and managing financial transactions. This is a dynamic role that requires multitasking and strong analytical skills to ensure smooth operations and accurate financial records.
Responsibilities
• Assist with day-to-day office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing appointments and calendars
• Prepare and maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements
• Process and monitor payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing data
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
• Coordinate with external vendors, such as suppliers and contractors, to ensure smooth operations
• Maintaining company ledgers and handling accounts payable and receivable
Requirements
• Proven experience in office administration and accounting
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office suite
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
