• Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and organization.
• Assist with scheduling, handling phone calls, and managing emails.
• Handle correspondence and maintain office supplies.
• Support team members with administrative tasks as required.
• Ensure smooth office operations by maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
• Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
• Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong typing speed and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
